Description of the Project Two separately owned and operated natural gas fueled 44 MW combustion turbines with ancillary equipment to be constructed adjacent to existing power plant v Noise wall construction reduces noise levels v Construction of near GEP stacks and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to mitigate air impacts, in compliance with LAER, Lowest Achievable Emissions Rate v State of the Art technology to reduce existing air and noise impacts v SL 002014

Construction of: 2 Natural Gas fueled Power Plants, clean – state of the art – technology, one owned by the Village to serve native load and one merchant facility v Cooling Tower replacement for Village of Freeport v Gas supply line from Key. Span to two power plants v Electric Interconnection from 2 power plants to New Switching Station v Switching Station to connect Village of Freeport and PPL to LIPA and the rest of LI v SL 002014
