Viewing In-Service Assets Step 1 Begin by navigating to the My Planning Workspace page. Click the Planning and Budgeting menu.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 2 Click the Activity Preparation menu.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 3 Click the My Planning Workspace menu.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 4 Enter the desired information into the Role Name field. Enter "Preparer".

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 5 Click in the Activity field.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 6 Enter the desired information into the Activity field. Enter "ASSETS".

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 7 Click the Search button.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 8 Use the My Planning Workspace page to perform and monitor budgeting and planning tasks, including reviewing the approval status of a plan or budget and preparing line item, position, and asset activities.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 9 For this example, you will view the asset data for planning center 13000, version one. Click the View link.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 16 In-service assets are not created in Planning and Budgeting. They are imported from Asset Management. Therefore, the asset data fields cannot be updated.

Viewing In-Service Assets Step 17 Use the scrollbar to view the rest of the asset details. Click the Vertical scrollbar.
