RC Metallic Test Article and General and Precision Machining. 2. The draft Acquisition Plan for NSSC was posted to the Fed. Biz. Opps website for public comment. Steps to Yellow 1. Overcome Disclaimer of an Audit Opinion on the FY 2003 Financial Statements, overcome material weaknesses, and bring systems into compliance with FFMIA. 2. Primary Challenge 3. Primary issue is to regain an unqualified audit opinion and improve the data quality within the new accounting system. 4. Last week 5. Continued to work with all of the Centers and the Competency Center towards improved data quality within IFMP. Steps to Green 1. Acceptable business cases for all major systems. 2. Bring operational IT systems within 90% secure threshold. 3. Reduce cost/schedule overruns to 10% standard. 4. Primary Challenge Meeting IT security challenges given implementation of new NIST standards. Last week 1. E-Payroll Steering Committee meeting 2/23 with DOI to discuss implementation plan and schedule. NASA August 2004 is priority for DOI. Technically doable - FY 04 NASA cost is issue. This week § The ACST plans to meet with the NSSC ATO concerning the issue of incumbency and whether certain information is proprietary and/or competition-sensitive data that should not be released to all potential competitors. 6.
