Chinese Dept Coordinator • Duties: • • • Coordinate all Chinese related volunteering events Attend Outreach meetings to establish and maintain partnerships Lead Committee Outreach Meetings • • Delegate roles to sub-committees Coordinate language group socials Organize and manage the calvhiochinese email account Work directly with External President

Korean Dept Coordinator • Handle requests for interpretation/translation ▫ Delegate responsibilities to members • Work with Korean Community Health Services ▫ Monthly Mammogram clinics ▫ 5 K Health Walk planning in Spring ▫ Korean Cancer Conference in Fall • • Seek to establish new partnerships Help out other officers Plan department socials Recruit members in the Fall ▫ Manage applications, organize interviews, etc.

Education Coordinators • Fall Semester ▫ Facilitate Decal for new members �A 2 -hour class per week (lecture + language practice) (tentatively) �Prepare and facilitate lectures or any in-class activities �Coordinate language practices with the help of language coaches �Coordinate the exams ▫ Coordinate 1 – 2 workshops for returning members • Spring semester ▫ Coordinate 3 workshops for returning members

Finance Coordinator • Manage ASUC SISG and Cal Corps accounts, serving as the primary contact • Keep track of volunteers needing reimbursements, which involves processing requests through ASUC/Cal Corps • Complete budget applications/grant reports for continued non-profit funding • Attend officer meetings and occasional Corps workshops/meetings • Plan our annual spring banquet • Continue volunteering within VHIO!
