Advisor, in that case, click the “Get listed now” link below the search box. This will bring you to a page where you can request a listing for your property. Post photos of your hotel’s exterior, interior, rooms, amenities, restaurants, food items, special events, local attractions near your property as well as your local business partners. Advisor account in the first place is to enable you to interact with guests and travelers online. If possible you should respond with-in 24 -48 hours. • Kindly ask for reviews. If you gfgwant your customers to publish reviews about your hotel on Trip. Advisor, you should prompt them to do it, especially if you want to get positive reviews. • Respond to all reviews. It does not matter if you have a positive review or a negative review, someone from your hotel should respond. Respond promptly, ideally within 24 hours. When other travelers see that you are responding to reviews, you give them an impression that you care about your customers, therefore you gain their trust. Despite the fact that fake reviews could help you to gain a better ranking or to attract customers in the short-term, you jeopardize your long-term reputation. • Trip.
