INTRODUCTION PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The separators baffle combined type used for removal wet or liquid in the steam. condensate droplets during normal operation and within the steam flow at start up and cooling down. OPERATION The separators has two stage design, the first stage is baffle plate protected and coalesce by bringing foreign material and wet steam droplets together. the second stage wet steam force penetrated to the hole screen in order all the water droplets to the bottom. the condensate exits the separtor from a volute contoured drain. ADVANTAGE § Prevent equipment damage due to erosion and corrosion § Reduction in process efficiency due to lower heat transfer § Reduce wet steam during saturated flow § Prevent from water hammer defect APPLICATIONS § Steam turbine inlet to protect blade damage due to steam wet particle and pipe scales § Boiler outlet, providing guarantied dry steam § Exhaust steam lines § Steam main line, prevent water hammer in pipe line § Protect foreign material direct contact to equipment § Thermal shock
