Meaning: • Vegetarianism is the practice of not eating meat or fish. People who follow vegetarianism are called vegetarians. Vegetarians eat foods like vegetables, fruit, nuts, beans and grains.

Categories: • There are different types of vegetarian: • Lacto-ovovegetarians. They eat both dairy
