2 D Jet Scan at dumping chamber 1 Edge scan Decrease the scanning step size 5. 75 mm 20 mm The scanning step size is 0. 125 mm*0. 25 mm. Each horizontal line will be a error function. Do a differential about the horizontal line will get the distribution. Differentiate 5. 5 mm resolution is enough for vertical scan and the vertical size presented here is close to the jet vertical size. But horizontally, since the slit is too wide, so the distribution here is a integration of the jet density in the slit. So for the horizontal scan, we will only get the slit size. The 45 degree angle is well presented. Only both the edges are presenting the jet distribution.
