Ops cultures • This cross functional team sits in the office of the CTO and includes experts from product, design, engineering, and procurement • The CEDAR team provides intake and vetting for all task orders before they are executed on the vehicle • VA clients and vendor teams get onboarding to agile service delivery and modern digital service contracting best Pre-Decisional / Draft
