What is Utopia? An imagined place or state of things in which everything is perfect. What is dystopia? An imagined place or state in which everything is unpleasant or bad, typically a totalitarian or environmentally degraded one.

To begin with, the question would be: What are the values or vision of a Dystopian world? What do we really want for the world? We must think about the values that each person has as a priority, the key values for a perfect world. As a realistic person I want to keep in mind how essential it is to have values in an imperfect world like the one we live in now. We have to analyze in how values in novels affect people and how values affect us today we live in a pandemic.

Today we live in a world full of chaos and tragedies where people manifest themselves in different ways regardless of society. Some people want a perfect world without problems but all that based on a connection of control for certain people. In the Utopian/Dystopian readings there are people with an important role. However, as a reader I focus more on the subject of values the importance of how worthy it is to have values as realistic people than to fight for a real and healthy world but not perfect because due to the perfect there is always something wrong.

Why does this topic interest me? Why should this topic interest others? I am very interested in this topic due to the situation of the pandemic that we are currently experiencing, since there are people who do not consider the efforts of others. I simply believe that humans have lost the values of life because of the little that can be had and that must be appreciated. This topic should interest other people because it involves all families. If values and their importance are lost, we can only become puppets following the orders of someone who feels superior just for having money or being in a high social class.

Dystopian Societies Derive From Displaced Ethics and Values The values of a Dystopian world can be considered as a freedom of expression because they show people who live in a dystopian world want to confront people who are at a high level. “Perhaps, this, above all, describes America’s descent into a third-world country: The failure of education. ” This shows that we are close to ending this year with a pandemic that has left tragedies but we do not think that the values have been lost in family or education.

A dystopian vision of a world built just for the young “It’s no surprise that all this freedom has a terrible cost – this is sci-fi, after all. ” This means that although he knows that it is only fantasy as a person, it is difficult for him to live in a world controlled by others without free opportunity.
