Business Line A business line is group of highly related products or work which service a particular account/client transaction or business need. • Security rights related: • View Business Line • Edit Business Line • Business lines are associated to accounts, z workflows, and asset classes • Assigning a business line to an account will predefine the asset classes and workflows to choose from 4

Accounts are associated with business lines and can represent direct accounts, subaccounts and facilities. This provides a powerful and flexible account management system and analytics foundation that is intuitive and efficient. • Security rights related: • 15+ Security rights • Create/Edit/Delete/Copy/Export z • Examples of accounts could be divisions or departments • One user can be assigned to multiple accounts 5

Asset Classes are created to store a category of assets and track attributes on. • Security rights related: • 6 Security Rights • Create/Edit/Copy/View/Change Asset • Groups all of your assets together z • Can be related to multiple accounts • Attribute data is instantly available for reporting 6
