PROCTOR ASSIGNMENT • Your proctor assignment must be processed before any timesheets can be submitted. • If this is your first job at UT Austin, you will need to complete a background check. Keep a lookout for an email to initiate background check. SSN will need to be included. • Once you initiate your background check or if you’ve already done in the past, you will be sent a welcome email from Workday.

Please check with Allyson during meeting if your hire date has change. • Complete all other inbox action items within one week. • Remember to read and respond to accounting emails in a timely manner!
