UTC Updates • Downtime planned for Saturday April 27 th from 1: 00 am to 6: 00 am • Cutover planning is underway • DB Migration will also be done – New hardware (faster Gen 10 servers) – Latest Oracle PSU patch set and the Oracle UEK kernel will be installed – Move from current state 2 node active/passive configuration to a 3 node active/active configuration with scan. VIP for load balancing 2

UTC Regional Involvement • As cutover planning progresses sites will be contacted for input • DB Migration IP and connection string changes – validate that there are no direct DB connections at any sites 3

M 2018 Upgrade Project Update • Planning is underway • Large number of pre-requisites for the upgrade, most are technical, but some are application deprecations as well • Upgrade Centre reserved for a November 2019 kickoff and a tentative go live May 30 2020 4

XR Printing to CUPS • Testing in Progress, currently in B 0207, moving to C 0207 and M 0207 next week • Tentatively scheduled for a May 28, 2019 go live • Will require a change to the tool used for printer redirects 6

ea. WAS Server Migration • Migrating WAS servers from Windows to Linux servers (new hardware) • To be done in Development domains for testing April 2, 2019 • Tentatively planned for go live June 11, 2019 • Some BMDI/Vitals. Link testing will be required 7

724 Upgrade • Mid-Tier upgrade complete in production • Potential for issues if local device is 32 bit and is upgraded • Plan is to upgrade as many of the local devices that are at 64 bit before UTC downtime 8

Citrix Xenapp 7. 15 Upgrade • Along with the upgrade, Cerner is implementing a new server farm with 60% more capacity than our existing farm • Store. Front will be v. 3. 12/7. 15 • New servers are all onsite at the RHO datacentre, build underway • Build expected to be complete by end of May 2019 and then testing can start. • No go live date set, but aiming for early fall 9

Citrix Xenapp 7. 15 Upgrade • Citrix Receiver required to be at 4. 9 CU 3 (minimum) • ICA files will no longer work, use Cerner anonymous storefront • Tracking board ICA replacement, solution received from Citrix, still to be tested, works on Storefront v 3+ • Regional sites will be accountable for testing local workflows up to Cerner login. ITS nets will run full regression testing on all applications 10

Citrix Xenapp 7. 15 Upgrade • Please identify any risks/concerns from your sites • Planning meetings will start in early May, but details will be communicated to the team members identified as soon as we have more information 11

Local Client Updates From Cerner in regards to Windows 10: • For Millennium 2018. 01, Windows 7 reaches end of extended support and life on Jan. 1, 2020. Cerner would identify Windows 7 as a thin client via Citrix receiver configuration as a very low risk item. Although the configuration was not tested during release testing (as it was not the minimum), Cerner would provide commercially reasonable best effort support during your TP client phase (through end of calendar year 2019) and it’s low risk for the following reasons: 1. 2. 3. 4. Windows 7 is still supported through Microsoft and we have a good supplier relationship with Microsoft relative to incident or problem management that may come up. Citrix receiver versions through current still support Windows 7. Traditional solution issues in this space are typically identified through local install testing, thin client (once supported) doesn’t change frequently with new solution releases. The current 4 2018. 01 TPs are live or going live in Windows 7 for now, with plans to upgrade later. 12
