Who is missing? • ALL-USERS has about 3, 700 subscribers (mandatory) – Use for only absolutely necessary email notifications (see policy) • USERSORG has 2, 569 subscribers (opt in) – OK to use for conference announcements, etc (should draft policy) • Still need to check who is on USERSORG but not on ALL-USERS – – 5 How many? Mostly retirees, etc? Will get list today or next week Could add those people to ALL-USERS, if UEC is ok with this Minor concern: some users might use two different email addresses in Fermilab database and in USERSORG list; they would end up getting emails twice; Kurt Riesselmann | Users Email Update 11/21/14
