Integrity • The officials are in charge of the integrity of the game by insuring Safety maintaining fairness for the participants involved in the game • Officials now call penalties based on – A player using unfair tactics to gain a competitive advantage – Seeing and reacting to a penalty, not picking and choosing – Not basing the penalty on the outcome – It is all about calling penalties based on the “act’.
