INITIATIVES ON TEACHER HIRING Ø Conduct preliminary steps: – Identify the Needed Teachers per specialization/track offering per school. – Publish the Teacher Needs in the conspicuous place in the division office. Ø Request for the Teacher Needs Ø Follow up the NOSCA for the new teacher items Ø Publish allocated teaching items for the SHS Ø Accept applications for screening

INITIATIVES ON SECURING EQUIPMENT • Provide a list of equipment needed specialization and track offerings • Coordinate with the LGU and provide them the listing for possible funding. • Include in the APP for the LSB • Present the list to potential stakeholders during the stakeholders meeting • Provide TA to schools on how to secure equipment to possible stakeholders.
