Update on ICES Recently Published: (Since February 2006) ICES-001 (Issue 4), Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) Radio Frequency Generators (June 2006) – Has been revised to incorporate by reference CAN/CSA-CEI/CIE CISPR 11: 04 as the new referenced standard for limits and method of measurement of radio noise emissions from ISM equipment Ready to publish: ICES-002 (Issue 3) Spark Ignition Systems of Vehicles and Other Devices Equipped with Internal Combustion Engines (March 1998) – will be revised to incorporate by reference CSA adoption of CISPR 12, 5 th edition as the new referenced standard for limits and method of measurement of radio noise emissions from spark ignition systems with Canadian deviations. No action required: ICES-003 (Issue 4) (Digital Apparatus) (Feb 2004) – The Department is awaiting the publication of CISPR 22, 5 th edition and its adoption by CSA postpone their adoption for one year (decision fall 2007).
