Update 2010 Fuengirola, Málaga Ticagrelor - PLATO Si nos basamos en 1000 pacientes admitidos por SCA ; a los 12 meses Ticagrelor vs Clopidogrel condicionará • 14 muertes menos • 11 Infartos menos • 6 -8 casos menos de Trombosis del Stent • No incremento de sangrados que requieran transfusión • 9 pacientes pueden necesitar cambiar a otra tienopiridina por síntomas reversibles de disnea • Tratar 54 pacientes con Ticagrelor en lugar de Clopidogrel por un año evitará un evento de Muerte Cardiovascular, IAM, ACVA.
