Leader’s Heart – Represents caring, feelings, intuition, customer service, emotional intelligence, pride spirit and hope. The Leader’s Head, Heart, Hands & Feet work together to fuel the passion, spirit and fire of an organization. Leader’s Hands – Represents skills, implementation, follow-through, hands-on, coaching, production and manufacturing. Leader’s Feet – Represents the foundation upon which the organization and its leaders are built, culture, history, tradition, founders, stability and growth to move forward. The feet are also a reminder that the leader must step in the shoes of the employees, customers and all the organization comes into contact with to understand each perspective.
