FACULTY OF EDUCATION First Cycle Programmes at the Faculty of Education • Health Promotion, Bachelor’s Programme, 180 credits • Food Service Management, Bachelor’s Programme, 180 credits • Education, Bachelor’s Programme, 180 credits • Sports Coaching, Bachelor’s Programme, 180 credits • The Pre-School Teacher Programme, 210 credits • Primary Teacher Education, 180– 240 credits • Teacher Education Programme directed towards School-Age Educare, 180 credits • Teacher Education Programme directed towards Pre-school Class and Primary School Grades 1 -3, 240 credits • Teacher Education Programme directed towards Primary School Grades 4 -6, 240 credits • Vocational Studies Teacher Programme, 90 credits • Supplementary programme in Master of Arts in Secondary Education, 90 credits Seventy-five per cent of the Faculty’s education is carried out within the framework of the various teacher education programmes. Altogether, some 7, 000 students are enrolled at the Faculty.
