National Communications Support Programme: Phase II • $4 M in GEF funding; $1. 5 M in co-financing needed • Six year duration (2004 -2009) • Core focus – – Capacity building Knowledge sharing Support for enabling activity implementation Promoting south-south exchange by strengthening partnerships with regional institutions and use of regional experts UNDP committed to raising co-financing!
