Unitas Wholesale Supplier Council – Frame of Reference & Governance • Objectives - To act as a feedback and sense check body on Unitas Wholesale ‘communications’ and ‘programmes’ - Helping shape the event programme and content - Feeding in generic challenges and opportunities for input into forward planning consideration - Pressure testing ideas for development shared by the Unitas senior team - Gathering wider supplier feedback and input acting as a conduit for that community • Composition - Channel mix across retail, foodservice and on trade suppliers - All key categories represented • Frequency and duration Quarterly c 3 hours • Governance Respecting competition law and undertaking no commercially in appropriate discussion ( signed undertakings every meeting as per FWD guidelines) No supplier specific dialogue/ issues Chaired by Unitas MD or Director
