We should develop organization skill before we start working by organizing important day-to-day tasks that need to be accomplished on time such as homework and project assignments, studying, extracurricular activities and part time jobs. 2. The benefits of organizing time are having more control of our time, a greater sense of accomplishment and a higher level of success. 3. Organization skills are more important today because jobs are more complex than ever, work often must be completed within a tight deadline, workers must master more information to do their job and even though the Internet provides them with enormous amounts of data they need time to evaluate it. Also, if they procrastinate and don’t organize their time well, they can end up with a bad evaluation report and maybe even lose the job. Therefore, spending a little time to organize our work can actually buy us more time. 4. /5. Our time management will improve if we learn to prioritize by creating an effective to-do list and a weekly schedule that incorporates our goals, avoid procrastination and everyday “time wasters” such as unnecessary telephone calls, texting, and Internet use, avoid mess and clutter in our workspace by using various organization techniques such as filing system. 6.
