Tips: If we want to be healthy, we should eat a balanced diet which contains three different kinds of foods. They are energygiving food, body-building food and protective food.
1. Food that mainly provides energy rice, noodles, bread, potatoes, chocolate, butter, cream, oils, nuts spaghetti
2. Food that can helps us grow bones and muscles meat, milk, eggs, cheese, tofu
3. Food that helps the body fight diseases most vegetables: (eg, beans, peppers, eggplants, cabbage) and fruit: (eg, apples, peaches, oranges, lemons)
HEALTHY EATING PLATE The more veggiesand the greater the variety-the better. Potatoes and French fries don't count.

HEALTHY EATING PLATE Eat a variety of whole grains (like whole-wheat bread, wholegrain pasta, and brown rice). Limit refined grains(like white rice and white bread).

HEALTHY EATING PLATE Use healthy oils(like olive and canola oil) for cooking, on salad and at the table. Limit butter. Avoid trans fats.
