Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ’s “I Have a Dream” Speech One of the most recognizable persuasive speeches in modern history is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Dr. King was advocating for equal rights for black Americans when he delivered this speech. Watch here and read his speech here.
