The system for CME-accreditation has changed considerably the last years. It has changed from an easy-handled, rather quick system with decisive impact on the accreditation to a rather time consuming not that easy handled thing with only suggestive impact. That means that the EACCME head office in Brussels make their own evaluations and quite frequently makes some minor changes in the number of CME-points that the event should be awarded with.
