Budget The total available budget is EUR 3 000. • This budget is divided between Ø Internal budget item: EUR 2 000 for exercises benefitting Participating States in the UCPM. External budget item: EUR 1 000 for exercises covering: Ø • • • IPA II beneficiaries not participating in the mechanism: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo. European Neighbourhood Policy countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia.

CALL for Proposals for Full Scale Exercises (UCPM-2019 -EX-AG) 3. Award criteria • The award criteria are divided into four dimensions. The total amount of points a proposal can get is 100 of which 63 points is the minimum threshold. • Admissible and eligible applications will be evaluated and ranked against of the following award criteria: Ø Ø Relevance and impact: max 30 points with a threshold of 20 Quality: max 30 points with a threshold of 20 Cost effectiveness: max 10 points with a threshold of 5 European dimension: max 30 points with a threshold of 20
