Introduction to Person Password Changes in Unified CCMP 8. 5(1) Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) allows the configuration of a Person minimum password length. Module Introduction The Unified Contact Center Management Portal (Unified CCMP) makes provisioning simple and puts it in the hands of users rather than technical engineers. This module describes the enhancements added to release 8. 5(1) for enhanced Person password support. Updating Unified CCE Minimum Password Length § Use the Configuration Manager tool within Unified CCE to select System Information > Miscellaneous Tools. § Use the minimum password length field to specify the minimum length for Person passwords. § Zero allows blank passwords to be set. § Changes to configuration may take 30 minutes before they are reflected in Unified CCMP. © 2008 Cisco Systems, Inc. Setting a Person Password through Unified CCMP § Passwords for Agent logons are configured through the System Manager Tool. § Passwords are configured when creating new Agents or Persons. § Password rules are checked when the Agent/Person is saved. © 2008 Cisco Systems, Inc. All rights reserved. 7
