UNIEP’s Strategy 2015 -2020 The three major problems detected at EU level are: Lack of young people entering the painter’s profession Lack of quality in education and training Skills gap between education system and needs of companies
European Painting Partners (EPP) In its new strategy, UNIEP has promoted the creation of a European Alliance with the Manufacturers which will provide services for education, formation and mobility in the Painting sector OBJECTIVES: • To promote the recruitment of young people • To organise the Vocational Training • To encourage sustainable practices
