You Can Work in Pairs or Alone Chose a yellow diamond site—a cultural site. You will present on finals day No two presentations can be about the same site—first come, first serve.
Here’s the goal: Educate your audience about your chosen site --Using the 7 UNITS covered in AP HUG Assume that they know very little about your site. . but are intelligent and curious. Assume that they have a short attention span. Make your presentation ◦ Accurate, complete, & informative ◦ Comprehensive (covers all 7 units) ◦ Visually interesting
Here’s how you will be graded: Explain what UNESCO means/what it is. (2 pts. ) Explain what a UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Site is. (2 pts. ) Explain the criteria that are used to determine if a site qualifies as a UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Site. (6 pts. ) Educate your audience about the site you chose. (Using 7 AP HUG Units) This is the biggest part of the project. (50 pts. ) Hint: Use Geography Terms!!

Create a Power. Point or a Physical Poster (I suggest a Power. Point) It must include at least 10 images or short videos or a combination. (20 pts) Your must present it to the class--must be comprehensive. 10 -12 minutes (20 pts. ) 100 points total Must leave copy of presentation w/Mrs. Lower This project serves as your semester final. The project makes up 10% of your second semester grade.
