Obligations Equipment owners : - Installation and operation carried out by a certified company

Obligations Equipment owners : - Installation and operation carried out by a certified company - Regular leak test carried out by a certified staff - Act as soon as possible in case of a leak Operator : - Must be certified - Fill in, after each intervention, an intervention form - Declare the quantities of fluids handled and recovered - Affix a sticker to the equipment, after a leak test, to determine whether the equipment is leaking or not

Obligations Fluid distributors : - sell fluids only to operators whose capacity certificate has been verified - keep an up-to-date record of the quantities of HFC fluids sold - declare the quantities of fluids to a national organism (ADEME) - make free packaging available to operators to recover used fluids, and take back returned used fluids free of charge Equipment distributors : - sell pre-loaded HFC equipment only to certified operators or to a client who has contracted with a certified operator for the installation of equipment - keep an up-to-date register of pre-loaded HFC equipment sold - declare the quantities of fluids to a national organism (ADEME)

Focus on staff certification Delivered by an evaluating organism : The assessment organism provides individual certificates to employees working in a company who handle F gases for cooling and air conditioning purposes. The assessment of the candidate for certification includes both theoretical and practical tests. The evaluation framework is imposed by the European Union and France. Test cost : around 200 € Training cost for the test : around 500 €

Focus on company certification Delivered by an accredited organism : Certificate for companies handling

Focus on company certification Delivered by an accredited organism : Certificate for companies handling F gases refrigerants, regardless of their use. Certificate is valid during 5 years. During this period, the companies must carry out one or more on-site audits. The certificate is delivered based on : - Certified people working for the company - Appropriate tools used Cost of the certification for 5 years : around 2 000€
