Purpose ● ● ● Identify and map, at the parcel level, developable land of the following types: ○ Publicly owned land ○ Tax-exempt land ■ Focus on non-profit and religious land ○ Vacant land (of any ownership type) ○ Underutilized or underdeveloped residential or commercial land Products: ○ Maps of developable land ○ Lists of developable parcels of land End state: ○ A suitable jumping off point for further refinement: ■ Financial feasibility of certain projects ■ Development suitability for certain project types (eg single family, multifamily, mixed use)

Data and sources ● ● Tax parcel data from both counties ○ With various
