What is ACT ASPIRE? ØGeneral Information: www. discoveractaspire. org ØThe ACT Aspire is a standards-based system of assessments to monitor progress toward college and career readiness from grade 3 through early high school, connecting each grade level to the next. ØACT Aspire helps close the gap between the skills students learn in school and the skills they need to succeed in their academic career and beyond. Individual Student Report Overview ØYou report can tell you three important things about your child: ØWhere they stand right now – Your child’s report will show their strengths and weaknesses in all 5 subject areas as well as how they preformed in specific skill areas within each subject. You will also see how they compare with other students who took the ACT Aspire. ØHow your child can reach future goals – Your child’s report will also show where they need help and where you may need to challenge them.
