This program makes available a rewarding and enjoyable cultural exchange between local individuals or families and international students or scholars. The separation from family and familiar culture patterns can be a difficult and frustrating experience. An American host can help you with adjustment to your new life here in Chapel Hill by helping you find useful local resources, introducing you to community events, sharing friendships, and welcoming you with warm American hospitality.
