PU Touch Responsibilities • Plate Umpire Has Touches: – At Home • Exception: When BU Goes Out – At 3 rd • Exception: When Base Umpire Has BR Touch – R 1 & R 3 • See R 3’s Touch Of Home As You Rotate To Take R 1 Into 3 rd • Rotating Does Not Relieve You Of Your Plate Responsibility Umpires
