UMass Boston Procurement Roundtable Overview Suggestions: • Two staff members volunteered to provide assistance on requisition processing. • Detailed instructions on website on how to buy specific goods and services. • Increase use of Video training/additional job aids. • Expand number of users with access to place orders – shoppers.

UMass Boston Procurement Roundtable Overview Improvements: Meeting held on Friday, October 12 th with Mette Kreutzmann, Alanna Boyle, with Procurement and Associate VC Chris Giuliani. Discussed means to improve website and training materials: • Flow charts for Procurement of Services and Procurement of Goods Policies and Procedures. • Checklists for Requisition Process.
