First (state’s 3 rd party administrator) sends materials by mail to eligible Postdoc Associates Ø May include spouse and children as dependents Ø Costs for state health plans: • Individual coverage $25 bi-weekly • Family coverage $90 bi-weekly Ø Enroll through People. Care Ø May include spouse, domestic partner, and children as dependents Ø Costs for Gator.
