International Applicants – Filling out the application § Provide complete academic history beginning with 9 th grade § Report all course work attempted from every institution attended both within and outside the U. S. § Report credits/hours and grades exactly as they would appear on an official transcript § Do not work from memory; misreporting grades and omitting course work is considered an academic integrity issue § Report any/all diplomas or degrees earned from any country
