States and Localities • Represent civil interests in DOD operations

NAVCEN Liaison to GPS MCS • Works closely with DOD staff to monitor GPS satellite operations and maintenance to safeguard civil interests. • Coordinate issue resolution between the GPS user and the service providers. • Provides the civil interface to the DOD GPS Support Center • Supports civil users in resolving outages by facilitating outage reports, coordinating resolution and findings, and disseminating results
