For Fifth Northern Users The six new consolidated flotillas created in the late 2014 district reorganization will display work performed prior to their time of creation. In the USCG database, work performed by members in forerunner flotillas are credited towards the consolidated units that replaced them.

Clicking that icon will open the unit list so you can select one for viewing. Conversely, selecting “x” from the drop-down box will remove a displayed unit from view.

When you click on the yellow “Public Education” tab, for example, you’ll be taken to the Public Education page. There, you can view the graphs on PE activity for the units that you have selected. The black tab on the right has the software release information. At any time, you can return to the User Console via the red tab on the left to change your unit selections.

There is one large year-to-year chart, and up to ten smaller charts for each selected unit’s month-to-month data. Here’s how it the page appears zoomed out in 75% screen view. You can easily scroll down to view the monthly charts of the bottom units.

The reason for this projection is that it takes several weeks for the RBS and response information to make its way up the reporting chain into AUXINFO. All the other months show actual data. The dashboard’s yearly graph displays the selected units’ past four full calendar years.
