UNCLASSIFIED ISR 305 : Food Service • Description: Provide healthy food service to Subsistence in Kind (SIK) and other authorized personnel authorized by the senior commander to dine in the dining facility. ASC supports all DFACs with contract and/or DAC/LN labor to provide food service to our customers. Contract labor is provided through two separate types of contracts (AR 30 -22 Definitions): Full Food Service (FFS) which operate the full operation of an Army dining facility or a Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) which performs janitorial/custodial duties within a DFAC.
