INTRODUCTION Thanks to the several ingredients that come from the Mediterranean cuisine, African and Arab, Egyptian food is a delicious combination of flavours. In the Egyptian cuisine they use both meat and fish. They usually use beef, lamb, turkey, duck, chicken and pigeon meat. Fish can be both salt and fresh. They both are well prepared.
