One transaction is required to complete this procedure: • IE 36 Let’s get started -
Window: SAP R/3 Easy Access q Input IE 36; or q Favorites menu, <Select> transaction IE 36 - Display Vehicles
Window opens: Display Vehicles: Vehicle Selection q <Click> Get Variant icon
Window opens: Find Variant q Variant Field – Input DPI* (Always) q Created By Field – Remove contents (Should remain empty) q <Click> Execute icon
Window opens: ABAP: Variant Directory of Program RIFLET 20 q <Double-Click> Variant Name Field – DPI_TD 10
Window opens: Display Vehicles: Vehicle Selection General Data (Optional) q Inventory number Field – Input a single inv no. or a range to narrow search. q Acquisition Date Field – Input range to narrow search. q Construction Year Field – Input a single year or a range of years. (i. e. , 2010 to 2019, or 2010) q Status Included Field – Input status to narrow search (i. e. , E 4 = For Sale) Location Data (Required) q Maintenance plant Field – Input a single plant of a range of plants. (i. e. , 6001 to 6100, or 6001) q <Click> Execute icon
Window opens: Display Vehicles: Vehicle List Tip: A list displays of all vehicles that meet the selection criteria. If no vehicles are displayed; the message will appear in the bottom status bar. To know the details of a vehicle <Double-Click> upon the description of the vehicle.
