Purpose: Display the current quantities and value of material(s) in inventory.
One transaction is required to complete this procedure: • ZMB 19 Let’s get started -
Window: SAP R/3 Easy Access q Input ZMB 19; or q Favorites menu, <Select> transaction ZMB 19 – Inventory query: IVBA
Window opens: IVBA – Inventory Report q Plant Field – Input four-digit code (i. e. , Alamance = 6001) q Storage Location Field – (Optional) Input four-digit code (i. e. , Alamance = 8001). Used for searching quantities or values from a certain storage local. q Material Field – Input § A single nine-digit material number (i. e. , EEA 000000); § A range of material numbers (i. e. , EEA 000000 to EEA 000999); or § A wild card in left field (i. e. , * = all material numbers) OR
Window opens: IVBA – Inventory Report q Material Group – Input • A single 3 -digit group # (i. e. , EEA = filters); or • A range of material groups (i. e. , 180 to 181) q <Click> Execute icon Tip: Do NOT input both the Material Field and the Material Group. Input only one or the other. Common Material Groups ABA = Allison DHA = Detroit Diesel SAA = Seals BBA = Batteries EEA = Filters 150 = Tires BDA = Bearings FEA = Ford 180 = Bus Chassis BFA = Belts FQA = Freightliner 181 = Bus Body CBA = Caterpillar GNA = GM CPA = Cummins IBA = International DEA = Dodge MBA = Mercedes
Window opens: IVBA – Inventory Report Items Displayed: (Scroll-right to see all) § Material – DOT Number § Plant § Storage Location § Storage Bin – Bin Description input by user § Material Description § Unrestricted – Current quantity in that storage location § Moving Price – Current price of stock on hand § Per – Indicates price units (Price per 1 or per 100 most commonly) § Total Value – Total Value of the Stock of that Material § Consumption Value – Number used during the time period q <Click> Exit Icon
