Off-Season Expectations and Conditioning ∗ February - March: Coaching staff meetings / alignment of coaching philosophies ∗ From the USSF: Planned time off is vitally important to avoid over-scheduling, overuse injuries and mental burnout. Both the players and the coaches need time off to recharge their batteries and come back to soccer reinvigorated. ∗ March - April- May- June: Strength and fitness training. ∗ June - July - Open field Sundays - THS stadium ∗ Conditioning in the THS weight room two days per week. ∗ Last two weeks of July – Summer Camp: OHSAA 10 coaching days
