How to Enter Average in the Masterlist of Learners
In the List of Classes (Admin Account) or Masterlist (Adviser Account), click View Enrolment
Click Pencil Icon in the Status Column
Type Gen. Ave Click Type the General Average of Learner, then click Update Status

How to Enter Gen Average of Learners with Honors in the Masterlist of Learners
Click Pencil Icon
In the Status, select Promoted
Click the box Type the Gen Ave Click

How to Change the Reason for the NLS tagged to Transfer Abroad
Click In the Masterlist of Learner Page, Click No Longer in School link (see arrow)
Click Pencil Icon beside No Longer in School
Select the Reason in the dropdown list (Transferred to School Abroad)
Fill out Click
CONFIRM TRANSFERRED OUT AND ACKNOWLEDGE TRANS-IN IN THE TRANSFERS TAB
Click Transfers Tab
Fill out the Transfer-out documents transmitted date (date when you transmit the Form 137/138) Click
Fill out the Transfer-out documents received date (date when you received the Form 137/138), then Click Acknowledge Receipt
HOW TO FINALIZE CLASS AND SCHOOL
Click After updating the status of Learners in the Masterlist (Encoding the Gen. Average, Tagging NLS), you can now click the Finalize (when available) to Finalize Class Section
Click After Finalizing all the Sections per Grade Levels, you can now click Finalize and Submit EOSY
HOW TO RESET PASSWORD FOR ADVISER USING ADMIN/SCHOOL HEAD ACCOUNT

Click the Folder icon corresponding the name of personnel you want to reset password (see arrow)
Click Reset Password
Password reset to default means the username will be the password: ex. Usename: Imelda. agoto@deped. gov. ph Password: melda. agoto@deped. gov. ph
