Change Request Approvals � Once a change request is submitted, it must be approved by the program authorizer – typically the principal � They will get an e-mail notification to approve request � After authorization, the change request is at the technician level for review and action � The ‘pending’ changes will be marked and visible by all levels of users � A process exception will be enabled for the start of school BPSDial Tutorial #5 - Change Requests 2

Authorization Queue � The authorizer will see all change requests for approval. � Note – this is the only screen a principal/authorizer must use in BPSDial. Phone Authorizer approves or declines request BPSDial Tutorial #5 - Change Requests 5
Requests in Progress � The phone directory is updated only after changes are completed on the phone system (technician level). � Changes can be canceled at anytime before final approval The checkmark indicates a change request has been submitted BPSDial Tutorial #5 - Change Requests 6
