Superset circuits A superset is a form of strength training in which you move quickly from one exercise to a separate exercise without taking a break for rest in between the two exercises.
Work each exercise for 45 seconds (1 minutes 30 seconds all together. 30 seconds rest before moving onto the next set of exercises. Preform the circuit 3 times in total.
