2. ENGAGE AND BE PRESENT THOUGHTS PAST PRESENT FUTURE

3. FOCUS You get what you focus on.

4. CHOOSE (be proactive) Conscious Sub - Conscious ▪ Intentional ▪ Automatic (Patterns) ▪ Strategic ▪ Cues & Habits ▪ Congruent ▪ Anchors Drifting through life

5. Act (do something) ▪ Regardless of thoughts and feelings ▪ It builds confidence ▪ Breaks patterns ▪ Brings different results and experiences ▪ You don’t need permission!

6. Prepare for future moments ▪ Living in the moment doesn’t mean neglecting the future ▪ Higher quality of life
