Observations • Five of the Seven Tutors have been observed – the two not observed have only just started and are directed to 1: 1 duties • 19 of the 24 Learning Support Assistants have received a mentoring observation – to check that they understand their role and how to improve their level of support – LSA observations are not graded, they will be next year. These have been developmental for 2016 -17. • All observed tutors have been in receipt of mentoring • All tutors achieved a Good grade at Observation • 70% of sessions are Good • 30% of sessions DID require improvement, but now those tutors have improved their performance to Good.
